MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

Session Fee: $375 with a $50 non refundable retainer fee.  The balance is due at the time of session.  Cash is preferred and cards are accepted. Three Fine Art images are included in this session and additional are $50 each

SESSION: This session is a super special one!!!  These come out like a Fine Art Oil Painting.  They would make a great Mother's Day gift for you to do with Mother and children or siblings alone.  These look absolutely amazing displayed in homes to enjoy for years to come.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but you can reschedule if necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Anne Marie's Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
