MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

Description: Both of these dates will be held at a gorgeous private location in Woodruff.

Simple Evergreen-  This session will be a more minimalistic Holiday Session with a cozy winter feel and no Christmas colors or props. Evergreens and green garland as well as plain wreathes are decorating with white cozy greenhouse to give you a more timeless winter portrait. You can dress it up with your holiday outfits or keep it more neutral. There will be a couch setting with a tree on either side, a fur blanket placed in front of the mantle and a cozy all white bed adorned with garland for snuggle sessions. 

**Please note the Greenhouse is made out of floor to ceiling vintage windows.  If you have little ones they must be kept close by at all times. 

Session Fee:  $275 with a $50 non refundable retainer fee.  The balance is due at the time of session.  Cash is preferred but checks are accepted. * Paying in CASH will gift you an additional photo of your choice valued at $25.

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 25 minutes of shooting time, viewing gallery, five images and the option to purchase additional.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Anne Marie's Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
