MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

Description: Both of these dates will be held at a private location in Woodruff.

Christmas In The Greenhouse-  This session will be a Cozy Christmas Session. Holiday colors and props are added into our white farmhouse decor. Christmas tree's and garland as well as wreathes are decorating the  white cozy greenhouse to give beautiful Christmas portraits. You can dress it up with your holiday outfits, keep it more neutral or jump into your Christmas Eve pjs for holiday snuggles. There will be a couch setting with a tree on either side, a fur blanket placed in front of the mantle and a cozy all white bed adorned with garland for snuggle sessions. 

**Please note the Greenhouse is made out of floor to ceiling vintage windows.  If you have little ones they must be kept close by at all times. 

Session Fee:  $275 with a $50 non refundable retainer fee.  The balance is due at the time of session.  Cash is preferred but checks are accepted. * Paying in CASH will gift you an additional photo of your choice valued at $25.

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 25 minutes of shooting time, viewing gallery, five images and the option to purchase additional.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Anne Marie's Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
