MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

Description:  This session will be held at a gorgeous private outdoor location in Greenville.  This fall mini will be more of a timeless look with few to no props.  This is the perfect location for the bold and warm colors of fall but would also make wonderful Christmas photos if you choose to dress in holiday attire.

Session Fee:  $275 with a $50 non refundable retainer.  The balance is due at the time of session.  Cash is preferred and I will gift  an additional image to be included in your session ($25 value). 

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time, viewing gallery, five images and the option to purchase additional at $25 per image.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but retainer fee's are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Anne Marie's Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
