MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

Description:  This session will be held at a private vintage greenhouse location in Woodruff.This fall mini will be a more timeless classic session with few props.  You can dress it up with your fall outfits or theme it with whites for a bright an airy feel. The greenhouse is made out of ceiling to floor all vintage windows and I ask that all children will be monitored at all times.  I will be requiring a waver to be signed at the beginning of the session.

 Session Fee:  $280 with a $50 non refundable retainer fee.  The balance is due at the time of session.  Cash is preferred and if paid in cash I will gift and additional photo to be included in your session ($25 value). 

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 25 minutes of shooting time, viewing gallery, five images and the option to purchase additional at $25 per image.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but retainer fee's are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Anne Marie's Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
