MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

Description: This Mini Session will be held in Woodruff, SC. 

Investment:  $280 with a $50 non refundable deposit.  The balance is due at the time of session. ** If paid in CASH I will gift an additional photo ($25 Value).

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time, viewing gallery, five images(6 if paid in cash) and the option to purchase additional.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge. ** Please also note this is a flower field so keep in mind any pollen or insect allergies and take the proper precautions. 

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
