MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT
Description: This Winter Glitter Session is one that every little child enjoys!! It's the perfect option if parents are wanting to opt out of photos this year and just showcase your littles in jammies or holiday attire enjoying the holiday spirit.
Location: This Fun Mini Session, will be held in studio. Please show up on time and in your attire.
Session Fee: $280 with a $50 non refundable deposit. The balance is due at the time of session. Cash is preferred but checks are accepted. *A photo credit of 1 additional Photo (a $25 value) will be added to sessions paid in cash.
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time, viewing gallery, five images (6 if paid in cash) and the option to purchase additional.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Anne Marie's Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
